AWT-3090H 2m linear amplifier

The AWT-3090H is aka the Daiwa LA-2090HK and the MFJ Mirage B-310-G. This does not make it any easier to get a schematic.

Here's the Mirage B-310-G Instruction Manual, which claims 100W out for 250mW in -- this is 26dB (!).

Transistor lineup is a 2SC2094 good for 15W and 8.8 dB followed by a 2SC2782 good for 80W and 6.4 dB, both at 175 MHz. I'm guessing the Mirage manual is a bit optimistic (N5INP at the eHam link above measured 19.8 dB and 95W out).
