The MEK6802D5 is from 1980 but it still uses the same MCM6810 128 byte RAM used in the 1977 MEK6800D2. And there's only one of them. But! The 6802 has 128 bytes or RAM built in! OK in fairness there's also space for two 2114s for an extra kilobyte. Not a whole lot of RAM, but adequate if you're typing the code in using a keypad I expect.
