Elenco Electronics Inc 6802D5 Microcomputer System aka XK-300

The XK-300 is a slightly re-layed-out version of the Motorola MEK6802D5, with:

• TMS2516 EPROM instead of MCM68A316E D5BUG mask ROM
• Voltage Regulator moved to accommodate:
• Wireless Breadboard in the wire-wrap area
• No support for ACIA, Baud Rate Generator and associated support chips (these are under the MEK6802D5 keyboard, not fitted as far as I can tell, and not supported by D5BUG
• Comes in a sloped plastic box with a power supply built in

The MEK6802D5 is from 1980 but it still uses the same MCM6810 128 byte RAM used in the 1977 MEK6800D2. And there's only one of them. But! The 6802 has 128 bytes or RAM built in! OK in fairness there's also space for two 2114s for an extra kilobyte. Not a whole lot of RAM, but adequate if you're typing the code in using a keypad I expect.
